Capital Gifts
The Foundation conducts various fundraising initiatives to help fund the capital needs of Englewood Hospital and Medical Center. Capital needs include new buildings, the renovation and/or expansion of existing facilities, new technologies and/or equipment. From time to time, the Foundation will organize special campaigns for this purpose. The Foundation’s current capital initiative, Lifeline to Tomorrow – Our Campaign for an Emergency Care Center, is raising funds for The Kaplen Pavilion, which will house a 35,000 square foot emergency care center and a 22-bed neuro/ortho patient unit. Thus far, we have raised more than $22 million for the Campaign.
